This hiking excursion begins in the small village of Brunate, located above the city of Como and reachable by funicular. You will meet your private guide at the hotel for an introductory briefing on the excursion that awaits you before taking a short walk to the funicular station and then ascending to Brunate. Once you arrive here you cross the town and reach the start of the walk which winds along the lake through chestnut woods until you reach the town of Torno. The hike usually takes about three hours and offers fantastic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. As you get off at Torno you will have a breathtaking view of the picturesque town of Torno with its small port. Here you will have time to sit and have a drink before returning to Como.
