The oldest part of the city, Ragusa Ibla, is particularly picturesque, with the main square and the cathedral of San Giovanni. If you want to enjoy the splendid walks through the narrow streets of the historic center and climb the 340 steps. The next stop is Modica, which together with the Val di Noto is included in the UNESCO list for its historic center, with its baroque architecture. Modica is also rich in architectural splendors such as the cathedral of San Giorgio and the church of San Pietro. The town is also famous for its chocolate, and for the cold production liquor which can be attributed to the era of Spanish domination. On the way back we will enjoy a panoramic journey through the Ragusa countryside with its characteristic low dry-stone walls that mark the boundaries of the fields.
