The next stop is Modica, which together with the Val di Noto is included in the UNESCO list for its historic center, with its baroque architecture. Modica is also rich in architectural splendors such as the cathedral of San Giorgio and the church of San Pietro. The town is also famous for its chocolate, and for the cold production liquor which can be attributed to the era of Spanish domination.
